That’s why we are proud to introduce Katalin Tatai-Szittár as the new Operations Manager at our production facility, the House of TURAH.

Katalin’s career journey is as inspiring as it is impressive. After finishing university, an unexpected turn led her into the automotive industry, where she started at a company employing several hundred people. Thanks to her remarkable achievements, she quickly rose through the ranks and reached senior management in record time.

“Climbing each level of the organization has helped me understand the challenges and needs at every level, which shapes the way I lead today.
At the same time, successfully managing multiple departments in parallel—often with competing interests—taught me how to reach outcomes that benefit everyone by making the right compromises and guiding hundreds of people with respect and full dedication toward a shared goal.”

This experience gives Katalin a unique leadership perspective: she combines strategic thinking with hands-on knowledge, empathy, and the ability to align diverse teams toward one vision. All qualities that perfectly match TURAH’s philosophy of precision, innovation, and soul. After more than 11 years in the industry, Katalin now describes her new role at TURAH as a personal dream come true.
